I placed my order, and just a day later, I received an email saying it was cancelled. Why not mention that on the website?

What a bummer! This once-great company, known for its vegan goods and a cool glass bottle recycling service to cut down on plastic waste, has now merged with other businesses in East London, even butchers. It's really disappointing.
